The position of your head before you swing should be aligned with your spine. Avoid tucking your head near your chest and looking down because it will interfere with the proper execution of your golf swing. Also, you want to raise your nose just a bit so that your left shoulder will fit directly under your chin. The first time I envisioned a line from my heart to the ball, I noticed a connection to it I had not had before. The ball absorbed my attention in a way I can't explain.
